Plaisir is a brewing project producing artisanal beers with the aim of introducing people to pure flavors crafted with passion.

The beers we're looking for? Thirst-quenching beers, "toboggans" as they say, beers that go off the beaten track by adding herbs, spices or fruit, for example.

But that's not all! Plaisir would also like to diversify into other hybrid fermentations.

And Plaisir is all about sharing, good humor and lots of fun.

I brew my products from A to Z, on the move. I create my recipes upstream on my small 25-liter installation, then brew larger quantities in collaboration with the Illegaal craft brewery in Anderlecht, taking an active part in all stages of the process. It's important for me to learn and understand how a larger brewing unit works.
