Lilybrews first came online on 18 June 2023.The first purpose of Lilybrews is to help craft local breweries reach their end users by selling their upcoming production directly to their community without any intermediary. By using a pre-ordering and prepaid system, the platform allows the brewers to produce only what is planned to be consumed by the users, offering a sustainable model.Lilybrews takes care of collecting the orders of the community and manages the delivery to each consumer so that the brewers can focus on what they do best: brewing.The greatest advantage of ordering your beers through Lilybrews is that you are guaranteed a fresh beer that has just been bottled or canned. This is crucial for specific beer styles like IPA, Double IPA or Dry Hopped beers. The model of the platform therefore allows the brewers to produce atypical beers that should be consumed within a matter of weeks after production.Furthermore, Lilybrews aims to federate the local breweries together, and with their consumers, in a community that shares the same values : local, craft, sustainability and taste.
