The 2023 blueberry harvest was good but it nonetheless remains the most limited of our seasonal beers. This table beer, resulting from our mixed fermentation program, fermented for several months in order to naturally develop its acidity, and then spent several weeks in the company of delicious blueberries from the Belgian Ardennes at a rate of 110 grams per liter. The result is a light, delicate, fruity beer with always this beautiful acidity which fills it with freshness.
Created in 2020, La Jungle brews beers of thirst and traditional inspiration, beers that are light, balanced, simple and without artifice! Beers with European accents, such as Saison, Grisette, Porter and English Bitter, but also Saison Sauvages, Table or Coupage Beers, which result from their mixed fermentations. All of the beers produced are composed exclusively of European raw materials (grain, hops and yeast).
